The ball clip is made of metal. It has a lanyard necklace for easily adjustment
to allow it to be slipped over your head.
It is designed for use during obedience training. The ball is hung from the
ball clip around a handler's neck, it forces the dog to learn to watch the
object (in this case a ball on a string) instead of watching for movement in the trainers hands. This teaches the dog to focus on the specific item and also on the handler's face.
